Contract of Sale
All orders that you place with us in person or through our website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. When you place an order to purchase from Mai2SewCrafts Candles, we will send you an email confirming receipt and details of your order. The final acceptance of your order will be complete at the time we send you a dispatch confirmation email. Any products from the order not confirmed in the invoice enclosed with the dispatch confirmation email have not been purchased and for. The ownership remains with Mai2SewCrafts Candles until payment of the order has been made.
We are not currently VAT registered.
Exclusivity
Approval is needed before becoming a Mai2SewCrafts Scented Candle stockist. This allows us to determine the proximity of your store to other stockists in the area. Proximity and exclusivity will be evaluated case by case and a number of factors will be considered. If you don’t place a re-order within 6 months Mai2SewCrafts Candles will consider the stockist time to be lapsed and exclusivity will be void.
Mainland UK deliver
Delivery cost is £3.00 UK( some products). We offer FREE delivery UK on all orders over £20.00.
Delivery is charged per order value and differs by country. Calculated at Checkout.
Stockists – We will inform you of the postage cost before dispatch when we settle payment.
Products
All goods are subject to availability and whilst we endeavour to keep good stock levels at all time, we regret we cannot always guarantee to have all products in stock. We will inform you of any items that are unavailable as soon as we possibly can to avoid disappointment.
Special Orders
Special orders or custom packages placed with Mother Nature Candles are non-refundable and a deposit must be paid before manufacture commences.
Incorrect orders/Goods not received/Breakages
Should any of the goods supplied arrive damaged, or do not meet the requirements stated on your original order, Mai2SewCrafts Candles shall have no liability unless you notify us of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the goods. All items that have been damaged through transit, can be refused a point of delivery or should be kept by you until you have notified us and supplied sufficient photographic evidence of said damage. In turn we will offer you a full refund.

Privacy Policy
Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Mai2SewCrafts Candles. We do however reserve the right to list your store’s contact details in listed stockists on our website or to provide these details to a potential customer upon request. We do not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from Paypal or through payment.
